05

Who receives data

Data may be shared, only as far as necessary, with parties that help us run our business:

  • our website and email hosting provider,
  • service partners, when a request concerns a device outside Poland,
  • courier companies, when parts are shipped,
  • our accountants and legal advisers,
  • public authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.

06

Transfers outside the EEA

We do not transfer form data outside the European Economic Area. The exception is the Google map, if you choose to load it (section 09). If a transfer becomes necessary in the future, we will only do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

07

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

08

Providing data

Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry or handle a service request. We do not make automated decisions or profile you.

09

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use cookies. It only remembers your chosen language in your browser's storage. This information is not sent to us, and you can delete it by clearing your browser data.

For visitor statistics we use Plausible Analytics (servers in the EU). It does not set cookies or collect data that identifies you. We only see aggregate figures such as the number of visits and popular pages.

The interactive map in the Contact section loads from Google servers only after you click the button. Google then receives your IP address under its own privacy policy. Map links open external services (Google Maps, OpenStreetMap).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the law or the website's features change. The current version is always available on this page.
